    This is a wonderful learning DVD set. Dr. Lam is very slow and precise about the moves that he teaches and he does it in a way that makes it easy to learn. Very peaceful and encouraging.

    The Tai Chi for Arthritis movements, if learned in a step by step process, will help those with Arthritis and back pain, become more flexible, gain strength and live a much happier life style. Gentle exercise and diaphragmatic breathing will place your mind and body at ease while this gentle exercise is done. I've been teaching older adults easy Qigong and Tai Chi exercises with good results....now I'm coming over to Dr. Lam's teachings as well! Great DVD!
