Meditative & Strength Building
Once I had learned the original 6 forms of Tai Chi for Arthritis I bought the 2nd dvd which teaches additional forms. I have found doing both sets together a relaxing and meditative exercise, once I learned the new forms. Good mental stretching as well!

Gentle Movement with Tai Chi
I just started learning tai chi for arthritis in February. I take a twice weekly class with a great tai chi teacher. I ordered the dvd to practice at home. I’m 70 years old and tai chi is my favorite class and gentle workout. (I also take cardio and strength training classes.)
