[Tai Chi for Arthritis - Part 2]
Dr. Lam's instruction is presented in such a way that you are taken step-by-step. The forms are shown from back and front, and even sideways at times.
I find these to be helpful even though I am taking a live course. Being able to see the forms from all angles allows me to correct my stance, movements, etc.

I have been doing Tai Chi for over two years. My instructor has done a great job teaching me. This video has helped me to tighten up my form and make me a better instructor.

This is a replacement for my first copy of this dvd because I have watched it so many times that it was beginning to need a rest. Not only does the dvd introduce and teach the movements effectively, but each time it is watched, there is more to learn. It is a wonderful resource for those who want to learn and then improve their Tai Chi practice.

After doing part one for a couple of years wanted more and this is perfect. Only started it but know I will love it. Wanted to do Tai Chi for years, did a class then got part I so could do at home. Love Dr Lam & company. I had a return and the rep was awesome.

The lessons are easy to follow. It reenforces Taichi principles in a most concise and consistent way throughout the lessons. The teaching method used will equip me to be an effective Taichi teacher. I am glad to choose this program to get certified to teach Taichi.

I like to do my exercises at home as I am very busy and the time can vary that I have. Having this dvd at home helps me to practice every day. As I age I am finding the need to exercise very important. Tai Chi has helped to keep me more "Pliable" (for a lack of a better word) as I age. In the beginning I could not imagine how this would help, but it does. I also practice with a group and also at a yoga studio. So glad to have this tool at my fingertips!

My wife and I just completed the class with a certified instructor and wanted to be able to continue the program at home.

I've been taking lessons with a certified instructor, but naturally when practicing at home I get confused. This video is so helpful for review, and for getting the details. Dr. Lam is so easy to follow, and he seems like such a kind and patient teacher.

I am a Yang Tai Ji instructor who learned TCA from a co-instructor in a shared space. It's a great project for beginners, and the front and back views are exceptionally helpful in small
practice spaces.
For the first time on this disk, I witnessed Dr. Lam's teaching method, and I find it well suited to "Learn by video" instruction.
Perhaps it's greatest strength is also it's shortcoming: that the demo's are so well done that it's possible to learn the art from the video. As with all Tai Ji, no matter what the style, there is no substitute for at least coupling video instruction with live instructors and/or live player groups.
