In 1996, Dr Lam with a team of medical and tai chi experts created this safe and easy to learn program. Beneficial workout for arthritis and more
Dr Lam does a good job taking you through the steps of Tai Chi in a slow and clear manner. It is slow but is meant to be. Great if you are ready to get moving and learn a healthful exercise.

Balance and Weight Transfer Improvement
I really appreciate the program presentation. Just the right speed and repetitive delivery. The content has been extremely valuable as I really didn't realize how poor my balance and weight transfer were. I have worked through lessons 1-6 and am feeling improvement physically and emotionally. Thank you for making this so easy to achieve results!

I love this DVD
I live in chronic pain. I have tried yoga and other modalities to help my self remain mobile and functioning. I did the free lesson of this video several times and immediately enjoyed the easy and peaceful guidance and detailed instruction of Dr. Lam and ordered the full DVD set. I enjoy learning and even though I have not met Dr. Lam . I think we would be friends. I like his clear and precise teaching and calming spirit. I have had the dcd now for 2 weeks and have progressed to lesson #6. I feel better after doing the Tai Chi and feel very confident in my ability to learn the full series of lessons.. For any one in pain who just wants to keep moving, I highly recommend this DVD set.

How to stay Healthy
Using Tai Chi for Arthritis has helped in so many ways to make me a healthier person....doing the program each day adds to my abilities and peace. I especially appreciate having the demonstrations by the others following Dr. Lam. Not only the standing participants but the one seated is a big help when I have to sit sometimes to finish the sections if my back gives out on me. It's easier to follow watching both the standing movements and the movements for seated participants. Dr. Lam's explanations and demonstrations make it easy to follow, understand and do.
