Excellent Self-Taught
I had taken a course of Tai Chi for Arthritis and found it very helpful. Great for balance. I was a bit skeptic if I would be able to learn on my own from a DVD. The forms are so well explained and demonstrated that I really can learn on my own. This DVD is a great filler between classes. Thank you, Dr. Lam

wonderful safe exercise
I have been diagnosed with arthritis in all my joints. Normal Western exercise has added to the pain. My doctor suggested tai chi and I saw tai chi for arthritis on line. I've been doing these exercises for 3 weeks now and the pain has lessened. I am more flexible and stable in my footing. And more confident.

Tai Chi for Arthritis
This is a very good DVD to follow. I just took my first set of lessons for this and the DVD enables me to learn in between my lessons which is very helpful to me. Dr Lam is easy to follow and he explains things just the way I have been told in class. I will definitely want to move up when the time is right and will purchase another video of Dr Lam.

Could have been higher but
I love the way that Dr Lam explains things & how he goes through everything. Makes it very easy to understand and follow along. What I wish happened on disc 2, was a complete session where it started with the warm up, progressed to the whole demo then ended with the cool down. I have to go back & forth between these 3 exercises rather than just being able to transition from 1 to the next.
