Tai Chi for Arthritis (TCA)-12 lessons with Dr Lam - recommended by CDC (Scroll down to see the free first lesson)

In 1996, Dr Lam with a team of medical and tai chi experts created this safe and easy to learn program. Medical studies confirm Tai Chi for Arthritis relieves pain, reduces falls and improves quality of life, that is why the Arthritis organisations around the world advocate this program and the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (www.CDC.gov) recommends it for fall prevention.

What is special about this DVD is that you will feel as though you are participating in Dr Lam’s class. After a brief introduction of what Tai Chi for Arthritis is and how this DVD can benefit you, Dr Lam will teach you with step-by-step instructions, lead you to practice and explain the reason behind every move. At the conclusion of the DVD Dr Lam will demonstrate the set from both front and back views. The unique music was composed with the rhythm and energy especially for this program!

It presents the entire program including warm up and cool down in a user friendly format. Dr Lam incorporates the tai chi principles to enhance your understanding and enjoyment.

I might have it, but I’m many weeks away from even starting it. But I like to content I like the instruction of part one seems to be going to what I need. It’s just me now, but I’m light years away from reviewing this product.

I'm 74 with arthritis limiting my movements. I have tried many other routines with little success. I am noticing positive improvements with both movement and balance. Thank you.

    Tai Chi for Arthritis

I've only had it for a couple of weeks. I'm more than satisfied. I was following Dr Lam on YouTube for a while and wanted the full program to follow. I like the way he explains and demonstrates each step. The lessons have already helped me with my balance and core strength. I believe this is a program that I can stick with for the the long haul. I'm 77 and I can do Tai Chi out camping or anywhere. As Dr Lam suggested, I am taking my time to learn the moves well before moving to the next lesson. The delivery time and customer service were excellent as well.

We purchased the Arthritis TaiChi DVD so we have a leader on the days we do not attend at our civic center.

    Has helped me so much.

I love the calmness of Dr Lam leading us. Also being able to do my different DVDs in my home every day in the quietness instead of at a senior center only one or two times a week.
