I would have paid a little more to receive this chart in a tube mailer. My copy is tearing on all the fold lines, and I'll have to get it laminated.

This is an excellent visual reference! I immediately unfolded it and ironed the back so it would lay flat. I could then tape it to any flat surface neatly for easy reference. Excellent visual aid!

Since my Tai Chi class was suspended last Feb. I did not keep it up on my own. Now when I really felt I needed to resume I found my mind went black and I could not even remember the warm-up, except for s few parts. This chart made it all come back so I can resume my tai chi.

These are large pictures on quality paper. One of my participants asked for a chart. I am so glad I ordered these and left one at the nursing home where I have been teaching TCR!
