After taking a class for 6 weeks I needed a guide for doing Tai chi at home. This met my need.

This is an excellent visual reference! I immediately unfolded it, and ironed the back so it would lay flat. I could then tape it to any flat surface neatly for easy reference. Excellent visual aid!

I have to review the 3 posters I purchased together. Even though each poster has different moves , they all are great in that if my students need a reminder while they are practicing, they are posted on the wall for a quick reference. They don't have to stop and look up the move or ask me to show them if all they need is a quick reminder. This helps them learn more quickly and more easily.
