Very helpful for this new Tai Chi instructor. Helped to keep me on task and was a great visual to prompt for warm up and cool down exercises. Also helped to alleviate the stress of worrying about forgetting an exercise. Glad I purchased this teaching tool.

I have taken this course in person here in Albuquerque but tend to forget the nuances. This is a great chart for reviewing the movements. I am going to purchase the chart for part two

I have been carrying this (and the other charts) around with me between classes for 2 years now, and they are holding up just fine. It is helpful for the class to see how far they have progressed, and to learn the names of the different forms.

These are a great buy! I bought them for my students to help them with learning the movements for Tai Chi for Arthritis.

I have purchased the entire poster series and have laminated all my posters and use them quite a bit in my classes.

I think the charts are very helpful to follow - and it's easy to look at them while practicing, because the images are clear and a good size.
I ordered both charts, and found that they are too big to focus on at eye level. I cut them in half, and now have a single set of six movements in each level to view at one time. Practicing a set of movements without thinking of other sets is best for me.
The paper used for these charts is substantial, smooth, and high quality.
