Simple. Helpful. Mindful.
Simple to follow instructions. If you are committed to learning, Dr. Lam's ability to teach you is excellent. Helpful for relieving my growing aches and pains as I age. I have had achilles tendonitis for over a year. The warm up exercises alone have helped ease the pain (no other exercise has provided long-term relief). Dr. Lam reminds you to be mindful and in the moment throughout the lessons. I have been learning to slow down and focus only on the movements. I am benefiting both physically and mentally.

I start my day with Tai Chi and causes my day to become calmer, run smoother and I accomplish more. I have been learning and practicing for around two weeks and I feel improvement in my flexibility and balance. Most importantly I am enjoying Tai Chi.

Perfect respite in the time of Covid 19
While my husband and I have been using these lessons only one week, we are finding that we look forward to our daily practice. Dr. Lam radiates a friendly Sense of calm. He is beautiful to watch as he demonstrates his lessons. We find our time with him calming in the midst of a steady barrage of bad political news and the uncertainty of living with Covid 19.

Great Intro Form
I use this form at a clinic where I teach a Better Balance Program for patients that are referred to me by a Dr. Its easy to learn, gives the patients something to work on at home and covers the basic principals. The stepping back helps address the fear of falling anxiety.
