    Just ;what I needed

Posted by Kathleen on 11th Feb 2021

Since my Tai Chi class was suspended last Feb. I did not keep it up on my own. Now when I really felt I needed to resume I found my mind went black and I could not even remember the warm-up, except for s few parts. This chart made it all come back so I can resume my tai chi.

These are large pictures on quality paper. One of my participants asked for a chart. I am so glad I ordered these and left one at the nursing home where I have been teaching TCR!

    Wall Charts helpful for students

Posted by LaNay on 26th Dec 2018

Purchased the Warm and Cool Down and Tai Chi for arthritis for my students who prefer a hands-on, visual reference when playing Tai Chi at home. Instructions are brief and just enough to prompt memory for details. Photos of Dr. Lam showing the forms are very helpful. I also have the Wall Charts on file in classroom in case I am late during the Winter. I have to be on the road at 6:00 AM and often the ice has not melted yet and delays my travel time to class. This way students can grab the charts and get class started while waiting for my arrival. Thank you!

This is a valuable resource. It helps to have a visual aid to assist the seniors with the sequence of movements.

    New instructor “cheat sheet.

Posted by Unknown on 16th Jun 2018

As a newbie I use all the Tai chi arthritis charts. It reminds me and also let students check themselves. I’ve had students ask for a smaller version that they could take home to help in their practice.

    Best Warm-ups Ever

Posted by Unknown on 28th Feb 2018

My students are requesting posters because they understand that these warm-ups are safe and easy to do. The entire body is engaged without fear of hurting oneself. I have had instructors throughout the years from other organizations who taught warm-ups that I feared had the potential to harm the participant. With Dr. Lam's warm-ups I feel comfortable that I have "caused no harm".
