Tai Chi for Arthritis wall chart.
I have a chart for myself, and have bought several for students of mine. Everyone always comments how helpful the chart is to be able to see at first glance the movements. It's very helpful with memorizing the sequence and quickly seeing where you are.

Great Value
Really worth the minimal cost. Easy and convenient reverence guide that goes well with the videos. Am taking a Tai Chi class and the guide is very helpful at home when you need a little help remembering a correct movement. All are great products.

Excellent reference
I find it easier to refer to the chart than to the handbook but both are quite helpful. I would request that the chart be rolled instead of folded as it tears easily at the folds.

Invaluable!
This is the second wall chart I've ordered because my students and I have completely worn out the first one! They, and I, think it is an invaluable teaching tool and love attempting to mirror Dr. Lam's technique. I do not have a teaching space where it can be semipermanently attached to a wall, but this has become a big plus since now they take turns borrowing it for a week. Again, thank you for providing such quality teaching tools.

I like this wall chart for a quick reference on a pose that I may be struggling to recall. Quick and handy!

Revealing Motion
Love the beautiful blue flowing ribbon clothing. But my students would like to see more specific body positions that the flowing clothing mask. Beautifully done.

BIG wall chart
This is a useful chart for visual learners, especially with the detail given for the early moves. I don't know how well the blue tai chi suit would copy, should someone want to copy the chart, but that is not my intention.
