Teacher recommened
My tai chi teacher recommend this DVD so that I can keep up with my practice when I'm away from town. I've just begun looking at the video, but I think it's great.

Professional Presentation
I have only gotten as far as the QiGong exercises so far. I am impressed with the step by step instruction and the professional video instruction presented. Individual lessons are separated into segments so you can view what you want without wading through a bunch of stuff that, while important, is not what you're looking for. Dr. Lam is a gentle teacher and obviously knows his students.

excellent dvd for the 24 forms
The DVD came in excellent condition. Though the DVD is a bit repetitive it makes it very easy to learn the movements as you don't have to rewind. Dr Lam explains everything . I would highly recommend this to any beginner learning the form. Worth your time.

I find this DVD to be very easy to use to learn the 24 forms, It does take time and some effort on the user's part, but it is worth all of that. I would recommend it to anyone trying to learn and practice Tai Chi.
