Energy filled
I have a very curious mind which is always seeking out new things. Afer learning TCE1 and TCE2, I wanted to explore the ever-so-talked-about 24 forms. I am still learning, but have realized i am venturing deeper into Tai Chi. This makes me feel better mentally and physically. I can also feel my chi geting stronger.I guess i am gradually heading to the 73 forms, but I am taking my time. Tai Chi is never rushed :)

Best Instruction on Tai Chi
After completing TCA 1 and 2 my interest in Tai Chi was increased and wanted to learn even more. Dr. Lam’s method of instruction is easy to follow and his messages between lessons are inspiring. I have started the 24 forms and have this exceptional. The QIGONG at the beginning and fundamental movements are making learning easy but still challenging enough to keep me coming back for more. Thank you Dr. Lam.

Tai Chi the 24 forms
I purchased Tai Chi the 24 forms years ago and I am very happy to be able to practice any time I want. Dr. Lam’s instructions are very easy to follow. I have osteoporosis in my spine and enjoy the warmup every day – it helps me with my balance and maintains my posture. I recently purchased a 2nd DVD for my sister who lives in a small town and wished to have a good Tai Chi instructor. All the lessons in this Tai Chi 24 forms are well taught and helpful to all of us. Relearning Yang
I practiced Yang for many years, followed by 10 years not practicing. Dr. Lam’s videos are great for practicing at home. The accompanying book is even better- I’ve learned so much more about the principals and traditions!
