Tai Chi - The 24 Forms
Free first lesson
The ancient practice of tai chi is clinically proven to be one of the most effective exercises to improve health, fitness and relaxation. The 24 Forms is the most widely practiced tai chi form. While there are many variations, the form you will learn by working with this DVD is the one of the most authentic.
Following an introduction to tai chi and its benefits, Dr Lam teaches unique qigong exercises and foundational movements which will enhance your energy and make easier learning. I purchased Tai Chi the 24 forms last year and is very happy to be able to practice at any time. Dr. Lam’s instructions are very easy to follow and enjoy the warmup every day – it helps me with my balance and maintains my posture. I've been attempting to find a good Tai Chi instructor in the Houston Texas area. Please help me find a good Tai Chi instructor in my area. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased Tai Chi the 24 forms years ago and I am very happy to be able to practice any time I want. Dr. Lam’s instructions are very easy to follow. I have osteoporosis in my spine and enjoy the warmup every day – it helps me with my balance and maintains my posture. I recently purchased a 2nd DVD for my sister who lives in a small town and wished to have a good Tai Chi instructor. All the lessons in this Tai Chi 24 forms are well taught and helpful to all of us. Thank you, Dr. Lam, to be such a super Tai Chi instructor.

I practiced Yang for many years, followed by 10 years not practicing. Dr. Lam’s videos are great for practicing at home. The accompanying book is even better- I’ve learned so much more about the principals and traditions!

I have not yet received the product but I see that I can stream it through your website, something I didn't know. I will do that until my DVD's arrive. The place I do my practice has access to a TV with a DVD but there is no computer there so I am glad DVD's are available. I guess I use the living room until they arrive. I look forward to the classes. I really liked the first one I purchased on Tai Chi for Arthritis. I had tried a DVD once before but the presenter went through it so fast I couldn't not keep up. Dr. Lam is excellent in how he presents the moves. Thank you.

I have Dr. Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis (12 lessons).because I attended a class for two years. I bought the 24 Forms video to see if I wanted to pick up again after our class ended in March 2020.The 24 Forms had me thinking it might be a continuation of the first 12 covered in my classes. We were doing "Sun" style. I have been looking at the tai chi fundamentals and trying to see if I can learn from the video. I haven't reviewed the forms yet so as not to scare myself with too much information. I hope I can stick with it.

We purchased the Tai Chi for Beginners and 24 Forms Bundle and the Tai Chi for Beginners and the 24 Forms Book at the end of September 2020. We have been following the 24 Form DVD. Dr. Lam is a very good teacher. He breaks each movement down into small steps and has you repeat each movement several times so you can eventually get the hang of it. As an added plus, he is very funny! In the Repulse Monkey lesson he says "I bet you can't wait to put the feet and hands together" with a smile. We highly recommend Dr. Lam to learn Tai Chi from!
