Tai Chi - The 24 Forms
Free first lesson
The ancient practice of tai chi is clinically proven to be one of the most effective exercises to improve health, fitness and relaxation. The 24 Forms is the most widely practiced tai chi form. While there are many variations, the form you will learn by working with this DVD is the one of the most authentic.
Following an introduction to tai chi and its benefits, Dr Lam teaches unique qigong exercises and foundational movements which will enhance your energy and make easier learning. Tai Chi has been very instrumental in revitalizing and giving me a calm well being. The more I practice the more I discover inner strength and a certain calmness.

I began learning Yang 24 in-person at a local wellness center starting November 2016 and I bought this DVD to help me practice at home. Attending class is absolutely wonderful but it only meets twice a week and I wish to practice daily so this DVD is invaluable to me! As always, Dr. Lam explains the forms expertly to make learning as easily and comfortable as possible.

I recently purchased that revised 24 forms and I'm finding it very helpful. I am an instructor and I like to review the forms before I teach them to make sure my own form is correct. I always want what's best for my students.

Dr. Lam's patience encourages the student to be patient. The DVD has 6 QiGong movements. It is a great DVD for anyone wanting to learn the 24 forms. Thank you.

The 24 forms DVD will be the longest form for me yet. I'm enjoying learning from such a patient gentle-spirited instructor as Dr. Lam. I recommend this DVD as a next step for anyone who has dabbled in Tai Chi for Health. Easy to learn and fun.

The video is well engineered and easy to move around in. If starting at the beginning the video can take a person to complete the form 24 in a detailed way.s

This DVD is an excellent instruction for anyone who wants to learn the 24 form or for those who want to fine tune their practice. Dr. Lam also offers valuable insights into how to take your practice deeper than just the outward movements--how to integrate body and mind and how you can bring concepts into your everyday life; especially conflict resolution and how to live in harmony with the world. I love how he helps you to understand that tai chi is not just bodily exercise, but can be a way of being.
