I was eager to get this training video as I have been practicing Tai Chi for Energy I and II, and Tai Chi for Arthritis I and II for some time, and wanted to experience the yang style to help become more well rounded and reap the benefits from three different styles. It has been three months now and I practice the form daily. I have the fundamentals down so I just need refinement and more practice. I wish I could join Dr. Lam when he comes to Toronto to cover the 24 form in depth.
The video is very easy to follow and broke down each section well. I particularly liked that each section moved through several movements in sequence which I found more enjoyable to learn than the approach to previous videos I purchased.
I can now practice each style in my routine. I plan to get a video all on the chen style next. Thank you Dr. Lam for helping to make Tai Chi training accessible on the east coast of Canada.

For the price, this video is worth it for the preventive medicine. Dr. Lam is a very great teacher/doctor. You can tell he has a big passion for Tai Chi. You will learn about culture too. Tai Chi is so beneficial, and gentle on the body. It is easy for a person at any age. I appreciate the parts where Dr. Lam says "let us do that again" then I can really practice.

I understand this is the teaching of the International Style practiced by millions around the world. I am just starting to learn this style and am excited at the prospect of joining a larger community. The instruction so far (basic steps) are thorough and complete. Dr. Lam's joy at presenting is apparent with his gifted training style. I look forward to mastering the complete set. It's fun and beautiful!

Hello, I began with the beginners set a year ago, early 2017, and practiced, practiced, and practiced again while always going back to the lessons for more instruction. This year, I felt I was ready to learn the 24 forms offered on DVD because I knew there was more to learn and gain in physical wellness. By that I mean I benefit having more flexibility by learning Tai Chi at 69 years of age, something I have lost gradually over the decades.
Thank you for your patience to teach in a manner that is easy to understand.

After studying 24 form for a year with my instructor, then attending the in depth work shop with Dr Lam in Bend, Or, I still refer to this CD to assist me in gaining a deeper depth and refinement of the forms.

One of the best instructional for health Tai Chi DVD, and should be placed in a time capsule, so future generations could learn the authentic 24 form Yang style Tia Chi.
The step-by-step instruction makes it easy to learn at your own pace.
Dr Paul Lam also performs a demonstration of the 24 form Yang style in fluid and mesmerizing movements, like poetry in motion.
So happy to have purchase this DVD.

I am practicing with Dr. Lam on this CD and find it most helpful in my personal development on Tai Chi. I appreciate the step wise teaching method; the ability to learn one piece of the form at a time; the ability to return many times to the same lesson. I appreciate the way this CD is presented. It is presented in a professional way. Having Dr. Lam turn his back and others facing front is most helpful.
Thank you, Dr. Lam for another stellar teaching Tai Chi CD.
