Combining two of the most powerful internal arts with tai chi, Sun Lu-tang (1861-1932) created an uniquely powerful style of tai chi. This style places great emphasis on Qigong (exercise to cultivate vital life energy), making it especially effective for cultivating internal energy, which in turn greatly enhance healing and relaxation. The 73 Forms is characterized by agile steps with smooth and flowing movements, like water in a river.
Following an introduction to tai chi and of the benefits you will gain by learning the 73 Forms, Dr Lam will teach warm up exercises and the 73 Forms using simple and proven teaching methods. the sound is better, varying the views of a movement helps.
Comprehensive ,even for a beginner moving to another level.

Neuropothy, heart issues and spinal damage
Even tho I have just begun the warm up exercises and made it to putting on coat section of the dvd, I have already discovered that it helped to relieve the pain I was having and after midnight and a full day of pain I tried the exercises as a solution to the inability to sleep and after just warm up and cool down exercises as well as following the instructions given and shown very well by Dr. Lam. I was able to sleep the rest of the night peacefully and woke the next morning with less pain and without the need for as much pain medication. I will update as I advance, thank you very much Dr. Lam, the exercises are really helping.

Very good for learning the Sun style
I bought the DVD to augment the class I'm taking. The lessons on the DVD are so much more detailed and go so slowly that I can focus in on the parts I'm having trouble with. I'm sure a person could learn the form just using the DVD, but having it as an aid is much better.
