Audio and visual elements very clear - very good quality. Program is brief but in the hands of a certified PL Instructor, students can be lead to appreciate the depth of the step-by-step instructions in the easy to follow format. Very useful teaching tool and very safe for all fitness levels.

iI was disappointed in the brevity of it but found that my student seem to follow the moves fairly well. I'll use it asa I do use the step by step formula.

    fine DVD Instruction

Posted by David Murphy on 23rd Dec 2015

The quality of this dvd is excellent for visual and auditory quality. As these qualities exist, the essence of the clear and concise instructions, including selected tai chi principles, is successfully transferred to the practitioners. The individual lessons provide the repetitive practice for retention, and enough added content to challenge each practitioner. With all lessons completed, the practitioner has a seated tai chi form to practice.

    Seated Tai Chi for arthritis

Good DVD but nothing new here that wasn't in original with the exception for all being seated. Perhaps some other ideas could be incorporated to make use of the lower limbs somewhat more. Also more content regarding how Seated Tai Chi benefits those who are more immobile would help us train that specific group- Dr. Lam is an inspiration and I am certain we will introduce a seated tai chi class going forward.

I purchased this item to help me learn what one of the teachers is using for our group of elderly. I will continue to use it as I will probably be helping the group after the sections are over. Thank you.
