    Warm Up Cool Down Wizard!

Posted by Sandra Place on 22nd Feb 2018

The Warm Up/Cool Down visual guide is a wonderful tool to help new students in memorizing the warm up and cool down routines. Hang in a prominent spot where practice is done and it is there as a guide. Mine was instrumental in helping me memorize each move.

    VISUALS ENHANCE LEARNING

Posted by Unknown on 9th Aug 2017

As more and more of my students began using the warm-up charts at home, I noticed a big change in the classes. They were practicing at home more frequently, developing more confidence and enjoying their practice more. Visual instructions/pictures absolutely enhance learning.

    Great student aid

This is the first chart that goes up when I start classes. I leave it up through all the sessions so the students can use it in between class

    Great Positive Reiforcement

THE POSTERS ARE A GREAT ADDITION TO CLASS. STUDENTS LIKE THE REINFORCEMENT IF UNSURE OF POSTURE OR JUST TO REVIEW BEFORE/AFTER CLASS.

    Excellent reference

I use this chart in the room where I practice my Tai Chi. It serves as an excellent reminder to warm up and cool down with each session. It tears easily at the folds. Rolling the chart may preserve its lifetime.

I was so pleased with this chart that I gave one to my instructor which could benefit all member at our senior center. Now that I am a certified instructor I will be using it as well. The class really loved having the visual. It servers as a reinforcement. I would highly recommend it for instructors and students alike.
