New instructor “cheat sheet.
As a newbie I use all the Tai chi arthritis charts. It reminds me and also let students check themselves. I’ve had students ask for a smaller version that they could take home to help in their practice.

Best Warm-ups Ever
My students are requesting posters because they understand that these warm-ups are safe and easy to do. The entire body is engaged without fear of hurting oneself. I have had instructors throughout the years from other organizations who taught warm-ups that I feared had the potential to harm the participant. With Dr. Lam's warm-ups I feel comfortable that I have "caused no harm".

Warm Up Cool Down Wizard!
The Warm Up/Cool Down visual guide is a wonderful tool to help new students in memorizing the warm up and cool down routines. Hang in a prominent spot where practice is done and it is there as a guide. Mine was instrumental in helping me memorize each move.

VISUALS ENHANCE LEARNING
As more and more of my students began using the warm-up charts at home, I noticed a big change in the classes. They were practicing at home more frequently, developing more confidence and enjoying their practice more. Visual instructions/pictures absolutely enhance learning.

Great student aid
This is the first chart that goes up when I start classes. I leave it up through all the sessions so the students can use it in between class

Great Positive Reiforcement
THE POSTERS ARE A GREAT ADDITION TO CLASS. STUDENTS LIKE THE REINFORCEMENT IF UNSURE OF POSTURE OR JUST TO REVIEW BEFORE/AFTER CLASS.

Excellent reference
I use this chart in the room where I practice my Tai Chi. It serves as an excellent reminder to warm up and cool down with each session. It tears easily at the folds. Rolling the chart may preserve its lifetime.

easy to understand
The chart clearly depicts the positions of the stretches. It is a very nice resource to help you remember how to do each one.
