Quality chart
I have been carrying this (and the other charts) around with me between classes for 2 years now, and they are holding up just fine. It is helpful for the class to see how far they have progressed, and to learn the names of the different forms.

Best Choice!
These are a great buy! I bought them for my students to help them with learning the movements for Tai Chi for Arthritis. I have purchased the entire poster series and have laminated all my posters and use them quite a bit in my classes.

Chart
Easy to follow. Very clear for students. Keeps me in sequence.

Excellent Resource
I think the charts are very helpful to follow - and it's easy to look at them while practicing, because the images are clear and a good size. I ordered both charts, and found that they are too big to focus on at eye level. I cut them in half, and now have a single set of six movements in each level to view at one time. Practicing a set of movements without thinking of other sets is best for me. The paper used for these charts is substantial, smooth, and high quality.

Nicer than expected
These exercise charts are very large and of fine quality. Easy to read and understand. I only wish they were available in a smaller format also !

Brightly printed and easy to follow
The Tai Chi for Arthritis Wall Chart is an excellent addition to the Tai Chi for Arthritis DVD. I refer to it both prior and after learning a new form. Even my rheumatologist was impressed!
