Excellent visual for student practice
Many seniors, especially those new to tai chi, have challenges with remembering the movements. Between class sessions they absolutely love the TCA, core and extension movements exercise chart and the visual support it provides. I always offer these exercise charts to them for purchase. I usually suggest that they place it in a poster frame to protect it and display it in their practice areas in their home. I always receive positive feedback!

Good Reference
I like to put them on the wall when I have newer students. Seeing the names of the positions as well as hearing the names is a good reinforcer.

This poster is so helpful in reviewing Tai chi lessons until I can start the next level in fall.

TAI CHI FOR ARTHRITIS WALL CHART
This is an excellent visual reference! I immediately unfolded it and ironed the back so it would lay flat. I could then tape it to any flat surface neatly for easy reference. Excellent visual aid.

wonderful visual of moves
Wonderful quick reference so students don't have to stop to look up move or ask me while practicing.

teaching resource
Great learning aid. I had to replace my posters. They were falling apart from repeated taping, pinning, folding. I’ll laminate and roll this set for better durability.

amazing product
This chart made the difference between seeing tai chi from instruction to understanding and doing the movements. I cant wait to order the next chart. I'm a senior and every penny counts but I'd buy this chart again. Its worth it.
