    This is the third DVD I have purchased since starting Tai Chi for Health. I only started using the 24 forms DVD and have been pleased with how I am progressing so far getting Dr. Lam's instruction through video. It was also helpful to have the Qi Gong movements broken down as I have been using this movement with the Tai Chi for Arthritis and Energy DVDs. Great DVD and recommend it to anyone just starting out or wish to add another form to their exercise routine.

    I thought Dr. Lam's teaching methods are nothing less than superb. I was able to follow his instructions very easily and loved that he demostrates facing the student and then turns around so we can see it from his back. I also love the fact that he brings in other instructors so we can see their methods as well. I am a novice certified instructor and am using Dr. Lam's progressive step method for my teaching. It is an excellent way to teach and I find that my students are progressing quite well. I also tell my students that I am also still a student of Dr. Lam and will be learning and studying Tai Chi for the rest of my life. My main goal is to teach Dr. Lam's method so my students can learn TCA safely. I thoroughly enjoyed the DVD and I feel that it was filmed beautifully, as if Dr. Lam were in my living room.

    This has been the best exercise. I am 60 and have arthritis in hips and knees. My legs are so much stronger and everyday tasks are much easier. Love the calming results as well. Excellent therapy to remove stress. Really love practicing the moves. Dr. Lam is an excellent teacher. Videos are very easy to follow. I practice everyday and can't wait to do it. Always dreaded most other forms of exercise I made myself do. I sleep more soundly and have a great feeling of well being overall. I recommend this to everyone!

    I have always had a big problem with lack of energy. I have been practicing tai chi with the dvd (24 forms) now every day for a few weeks and I am changed! In fact, I noticed little changes right from the start. Smooth, even energy, good sleep, and sense of well-being. I did not expect this- I didn’t know I could change even at this beginner level! I thought it would be just exercises! Dr. Lam is a perfect teacher, he explains thoroughly and patiently and the repetitions teach my body. I am happy to learn the deeper understanding as he explains. The dvd is great, invaluable really. I love being able to easily go back and repeat so I can learn, and I find that it deepens. Yay!! Thank you!

    I started the Tai Chi 24 forms 6 weeks ago. I practice every day & am 3/4 through the DVD. The lessons are easy to follow and I like that you can play a move over & over until you get it right.
    It feels like Dr. Lam is solely teaching you.
    I previously attended one Tai Chi class. To many people in front of me to see the instruction and three different levels of students were there, so it was quite confusing. Also the class was only once per week so learning would have been slow.

    I am so loving Dr. Paul Lam's tai chi training dvd! I began with the free lesson on youtube and then I requested the 6 forms dvd from my local library. After spending much time learning the 6 simple forms I absolutely had to expand my knowledge of tai chi and it's benefits, plus I wanted to learn more from Dr. Lam. When I began tai chi, I was 6 months in to recovering from a severe karate injury to my left knee. I was barely able to walk without limping and I felt my prognosis was hopeless. After practicing tai chi everyday for 2 months, my knee pain and swelling has almost gone completely away! I can see myself fully recovering and moving freely without pain. I know that Dr Lam's teachings have played a huge role in my recovery. I love the way Dr Lam explains every move with great detail and goes over each form slowly with repetition. I hope to attend the conference in Asheville this summer as I would love to meet Dr Lam and thank him in person for how much his teaching has changed my life and given me much hope!

    I began learning Yang 24 in-person at a local wellness center starting November 2016 and I bought this DVD to help me practice at home. Attending class is absolutely wonderful but it only meets twice a week and I wish to practice daily so this DVD is invaluable to me! As always, Dr. Lam explains the forms expertly to make learning as easily and comfortable as possible.
