Clear and complete instruction
Just what I need for home practice while learning new forms of Tai Chi. Lots of repeats and views from many angles help to master the details of each piece of each form.

Fantastic DVD
This is one of the best instructional DVDs I have seen. Dr.Lam's method of instruction is superior to any other. His methodical teaching style is very easy to learn as you watch and follow him step-by-step. If you have no access to an instructor, you can learn the forms from Dr. Lam's DVDs.

GREAT RESULTS!
This is the second DVD. We first bought Tai Chi fro Beginners, and now Tai Chi for Energy. This daily routine keeps us going! Chronic pains that we both had are gone, and only return if we miss a few days' workouts. We have received great benefits.

Great early Morning workout for me!!
I am enjoying my morning workout with Tai Chi for Energy. I have found that indeed I feel much more energized through the day after my workout. Dr. Lam is such a good teaching, breaking down each move so that I can easily follow along. I am very, very happy with my purchase.

Great New Format
The format is different from that of the Sun Style 73 DVD. Tai Chi for Energy has 8 lessons and each lesson has it's own page. On each lesson screen you have: warm-up, cool down, all the movements up to that lesson, the new movement itself, and a special message from Dr. Paul. They're all on the same screen so there's no need to search through the menu for the item you need. As for the form itself; though it seems to be a short form, it's not necessarily an easy form. The Chen movements have your upper limbs doing different moves at the same time. It's more complex than it looks. To do it right means lots of practice and at some point, an actual class for corrections.
