A New Revitalizing Tai Chi Program
 
This program is comprised of two different tai chi styles. Chen style is vigorous and complex, combining fast and slow movements with powerful spiral force. Sun style incorporates unique qigong (life energy) movements with agile stepping. These two seemingly contrasting styles have complementary internal energy.
Using his deep understanding of tai chi principles and over 30 years of teaching experience, Dr. Lam has carefully combined movements from Chen and Sun styles to produce a powerful synergy in Tai Chi for Energy.     Another Outstanding Tai Chi Program

    I've been doing Tai Chi for Diabetes and Arthritis for the last 4-5 years and really enjoy them. I've combined them to make a nice session. I felt a need to move on to something new. My wife got me Tai Chi for Energy and Energy 2 for Father's Day. I've only just started learning it. I'm on lesson 1 &2. As always Dr. Lam takes his time teaching us. Everything is explained. One thing I really like about his method is that he always encourages you to stay in your comfort zone. I definitely would recommend these DVD's to anyone.

    TAI CHI FOR EVERYONE

    I've only been introduced to Tai Chi for 3 weeks and there's nothing like it! Who would think they could get energy moving so slow and steady? It's amazing!!! No matter how stressful my day is or how tired I am, when I turn my Tai Chi for Energy DVD on or attend my Tai Chi class, what an amazing difference! I'm not only de-stressed, awake and energized but also very much at peace with myself, my struggles, etc. Due to lack of time, I've even used my Tai Chi DVD's after midnight and get so relaxed I sleep like a log. Eliminating or reducing stress is extremely healthy for us all!!! Dr. Lam shows us the steps slowly and in different angles so we can learn properly which is awesome! I strongly encourage others to review Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi DVDs! You won't be sorry!!! I also want to let others know, I always receive my DVD's within 3 days from the placement of my order which is fast, fast, fast!!! ENJOY!!!

    Since Tai Chi is all about energy I ordered this DVD to experience ultimate energy. I'm already relaxing, rejuvenating and feeling more energy and I have just been doing this a short time.

    I purchased the "Tai Chi For Energy" and received the product around July 15, 2016 and am very pleased with the product so far. It is very easy to follow and I especially like it because it allows me to set the pace of learning. I am currently on Lesson 6 of 8. I am 80 years old and I am already feeling the results of the exercises. I know that when I fully learn the forms, I will be able to "internalize" it to be able to get the full benefits of the program. I golf with others my age and am already recommending the program to others.

    Using helpful video along with class instruction

    Participate in a wonderful class with a Paul Lam trained instructor. The clear and detailed steps in the video reinforce what is learned in class in order to practice at home. The additional information provided by Dr. Lam in this video about the different styles of Tai Chi is very interesting. Have several DVDs by Dr. Lam - they are all worth the investment!
