    As an absolute tai chi beginner, I didn't know where to go to learn. I watched many Youtube videos until I finally watched one made by Dr. Paul. I could actually follow along step by step and he made me feel as though I could learn more. So I bought the DVD and have been overjoyed with it. I recommend it very much, I practice every morning and feel much much better through the day
