My husband and i recently retired after 40 years of farming. At our age after all those years of hard work, we realized the farm was too much. But when we relocated, we were determined to retire, not atrophy. By chance we came across Dr. Lam’s Tai Chi free lesson on you-tube and ordered the beginner’s dvd. We’re not ones to run out to the local Y to join a group class, so we thought we’d give it a go. We are absolutely enjoying our new exercises. We are having a ball working thru the exercises together. Dr. Lam’s instructional techniques are wonderful. We can’t recommend this product more highly than 5 stars or we would. Thanks Dr Lam and staff.

Best Instructor Ever!
Absolutely love this tape. Am moving rather slowly, but I am trying to do the moves correctly before moving onto the next lesson. I love how Dr. Lam repeats how to do the moves and does it from a front and back view. The video is well shot and the volume is perfect. I so enjoy learning the background of Tai Chi and what the moves represent. It makes for a deeper experience. So grateful to Dr. Lam for all his hard work.

much needed help
I had seen a video some time ago showing Dr.Lam's beginner's Tai Chi. I thought it was interesting, but, I didn't have a need for it, or so I thought. After having treatment for congestive heart failure, I found myself weak and very unsteady on my feet. I decides to take another look at Dr.Lam;s video and decided to buy to buy Tai Chi for beginners. It has been a blessing. I am finding my balance again, and the stretching is beneficial to my whole body. I would recommend this video to anyone wishing to improve their overall well being.

Beginner Lessons
I'm 87 ,and after waiting for winter to pass , was shocked to find myself not able to do yard work as I have in the past. Too much rocking chair I guess and this old body isn't what it used to be.A half hour would wear me out. Practiced your lessons frequently for a month and half or so and now can put in three hours without requiring help to get back to the rocking chair. Now going to see what "Tai Chi for Energy" will do for me.

Tai Chi for Beginners
I really like this dvd for beginners. The lessons are slow enough for me to follow without getting confused. It's easy to follow and I would recommend it for everyone. I'm still on lesson one but I am already thinking that after I master the beginners lessons I will be ordering the one for arthritis. I'm really glad that my husband found this on u tube.

Great teacher, pretty easy to follow and the front and back angles help. I do wish they showed an angle from above. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
