These tai chi lessons are laid out in a well-organized and simple manner that helped me understand the elements of each movement. I also enjoyed the qi gong exercises and tai chi history & philosophy. This cd has helped me restart my daily tai chi program, feeling confident to move forward.

I like the program. But I think Dr Lam could explain more about when we should do the excercises in addition to the sequence. They are provided separately. and I am not sure if they are to be done by themselves or before or the entire sequence.

Dr. Lam demonstrates a quiet and gentle approach to Tai Chi. I can take my time, play the same lesson over and over until I have the moves of all the parts of my body working in harmony. Each lesson is simple but very specific, giving just the right size information. I am quarantined with Dr. Lam!

Purchasing Dr. Lam's Tai Chi video, has been one of my most valuable purchase in a while! Because of my excess weight, my knees have been bothering me for a while, and after just one session of Tai Chi with Dr. Lam, my aches in my knees have disappeared! I am very grateful to Dr. Lam!

The instructions are great. He goes slow enough that its easy to follow until you learn the steps. I can see that its going to take practice but well worth the effort. I’m surprised the workout is so intense. Keeping balance and developing muscle strength are my goals and this program is excellent for the training i want!! Wonderful way to learn Tai Chi! Thanks for an excellent program at a very reasonable cost!
