    I'm really enjoying this DVD. I've wanted to learn Tai Chi for decades, but never found classes that were nearby, affordable, and that fit into my schedule. Dr. Lam's instructions are clear, the lessons are very well-structured, and his manner is extremely pleasant. I'm learning a great deal and can feel myself getting stronger and more flexible.

    Dr. Lam makes the lessons so easy to follow. He has clear, simple step by step instructions with back and front views. His explanations are simple and clear. Very relaxing!

    I am enjoying the Lessons on this DVD. It is easy to follow and really great in the understanding technique of the forms. I now am putting to use the lessons I am learning.

    Dr. Lam is an excellent teacher. The instructions are clear and easy to follow and they are delivered in a calm and soothing voice. I am a slow learner and I appreciate the opportunity to review the material again and again as needed. Highly recommended!

    I just started using the DVD a couple of weeks ago. I'm really enjoying it. I look forward to practicing because it's relaxing and I feel better after I practice. Dr. Lam is an excellent teacher. The lessons are easy to follow and the music is wonderful. I'm very excited about continuing!

    A Great Place To Begin Your Tai Chi Journey

    I purchased this Tai Chi For Beginners video after seeing the free lesson on YouTube. I am 54 years of age and weigh almost 300lbs, I wanted something to help me get moving. I suffer from all the chronic health conditions of morbid obesity, plus really bad arthritis in my knees and a form of rheumatoid arthritis in spine. I am in constant pain, but I am told that movement is lubricant. In terms of pain management I have been told to meditate, but that has been very difficult for me to do. I find that when I am practicing Tai Chi I get into a meditative state quite easily. Tai Chi helps me to focus on something other than the pain. I love Dr. Lam’s patient teaching style, and how he explains things. I am on a fixed income so I cannot afford lessons out in the community. I load the DVD player six days a week and practice along with Dr. Lam, it feels like I am right there with him. Thank you Dr. Lam!!!
