Just learning
I love Dr Lam's instruction. He explains well and repeats as the lessons progress. I'm not that far ahead yet...taking it slow and as Dr. Lam says, we are not in a rush. I have noticed an increase in flexibility and better balance in just a short time.

Tai Chi fror Arthritis 1 & 2
I am very pleased with the Tai Chi CDs I've purchased. They are proving to be a great help in my learning the movements accurately and fluidly. I found that I had difficulty remembering some of the moves taught in my classes, even though the teachers are excellent. The CDs allow me the additional assisted practice time in my own home, particularly with some of the more complicated moves. I am so glad I purchased them and would recommend them to anyone taking the classes.

Tai Chi for Arthritis 2
I've been practicing Tai Chi for Arthritis 1 for a couple of years, and daily for the past year. Our local instructor recently offered a course of TCA2, and we've just completed it. This video was an excellent support for the live instruction, and it's well paced for those of us who already have the "basics." I used it frequently to reinforce the live instruction, and now use it, and TCA1, to review details, and avoid "imprinting" incorrect technique. I also sometimes play just the music for background when I'm practicing. It keeps me from speeding up too much. And I enjoy watching and listening to Dr. Lam. His quiet demeanor and the sparkle in his eyes add to the Tai Chi experience for me.
