    Tai Chi for Diabetes Handbook

I am 77 years old and just started Tai Chi through the Oasis Program here in Indianapolis. The illustrations in the book are easy to follow. I practice the warm up exercises from the book before turning on the DVD and it is easier for me to follow the DVD instructions. I've have 5 lessons and I've made my own poster boards (Tai Chi for Diabetes) (Tai Chi for Rehabilitation) and (5 Elements Qigong). I practice at home and at work and enjoying every moment. I'm sure I will see and feel great benefits with each day forward.

I just received the book and am very impressed. The well illustrated movements make it easier to learn and practice. Combining this with the wall chart is going to help reinforce my learning.

    Tai Chi Works

Posted by Unknown on 21st Oct 2016

It was very helpful and since I been Tai Chi for 25 year. I started again after I stop for a while. That was a mistake on my part. Since I started, just 3 weeks ago, my sugar did come down. Plus my blood pressure is back to normal. First I had high blood pressure and then low, doing Tai Chi made it good again. My hear rate is good. So Tai Chi does work. Thank you Dr. Paul Lam.
