The music makes the class so much more enjoyable. I also just love to listen to it even when we are not doing tai chi.

Being a music major in college, I am very in tune to music. This dvd helps me to control the speed of my movement. I also enjoy the soothing sound which helps me focus on my practice.

This music is so apropos to our practice. It becomes the catalyst for calm and serenity playing as the class gathers, even. One of my intellectully challenged adults insists she feels a rush of peace just hearing the music. One of the copies purchased here went home with her, her guardian completely endorced the purchase.

The music is very calming and relaxing. I have it on my phone and listen to it while waiting for appointments. I often find myself visualizing the Tai Chi sets as the music plays.

We primarily teach an 8-week session for older adults. We purchased this CD along with the Tai Chi for Arthritis Handbook for completers of the series. This CD allows them to simulate the same atmosphere to continue Tai Chi at home long-term after the 8-week session is complete. It also has additional tracks for those who decide to pursue other forms of Tai Chi.
