Tai Chi Music Volume 2

Being a recently certified instructor for TCA I have been searching for music for class. I have found some nice music but once I downloaded the Tai Chi Music Volume 2 I knew I had made the right choice. I love listening to it while working on my computer and it always puts me in a bit of a trance, which hopefully won't happen when I am teaching!!!! But seriously, I can't wait to use this music in my first teaching experience.

I bought Volume 1 a year ago and my Tai Chi instructor loved it in class. I loved it in my practice so much, I bought Volume 2. The music adds so much to my Tai Chi practice. I’m going to get my Tai Chi Instructor Certificate next month and plan to use it in my classes.

This has the original music for the tai chi for arthritis but also has some other selections that are very relaxing but can be used to practice tai chi or to practice my breathing. I am glad I got the digital form so I can listen to it on my phone.

I really enjoy using this CD for my Tai Chi for Health and Exercise Class. The music is beautiful.
I also listen to the CD while driving.and relaxing in my house. With our lives becoming almost solitary as we isolate to prevent the spread of the Corona Virus, I find peace and solace while listening to the CD

I purchased and downloaded Tai Chi Music Vol 2 easily off this website. I started playing my download right away. The music lifted me to my feet and I broke out into a free form slow set. Flowing with the music, one move forming into the next. It was beautiful :)
