    This is so much fun to do! I wish this DVD had been my first purchase. I start my day with this set and am so ready to go with the rest of my day.

    I use this form at a clinic where I teach a Better Balance Program for patients that are referred to me by a Dr.
    Its easy to learn, gives the patients something to work on at home and covers the basic principals.
    The stepping back helps address the fear of falling anxiety.
