Care Instructions:
Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Warm iron if necessary.
How to Measure:
With arms down at sides, measure around the upper body, under arms and over the fullest part of the chest.

Blue Polo Shirt
I'm a Certified Instructor and I Love the shirt. Looked for these shirts in the store and they were much more money and not as nice. Also love the Dr. Lam logo also. Good quality and washes and dries beautifully. I highly recommend them. Also great for advertising Tai Chi for Health as well.

Elegant and Instantly Recognizable
About 3 weeks ago, as I was walking down the street, somebody asked me if I was Dr. Lam. Surprised, I realized that he had recognized the Polo Shirt and wanted to greet Dr. Lam. Of course he was disappointed that it was only me, but he did appreciate the fact that I was proud to wear the Polo Shirt in public, as a potential recruiting tool. When I told the story to Dr. Lam at a subsequent workshop, he chuckled and suggested that I should have said that he was my brother, as I look Chinese tool!

Shirt fits a little looser all around and is really cut just right for Tai Chi movements. On warm days, the material blend makes this shirt cool enough to wear. Washes and dries very well.
