Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Warm iron if necessary.
How to Measure:
With arms down at sides, measure around the upper body, under arms and over the fullest part of the chest.

Tai Chi Polo shirt
I like the fit of the polo shirt but I am short waisted and had the hem altered by cutting off about 4 inches. It is super now. I’m teaching my first class in a week and am really excited!

Stylish and comfortable

The polo shirts are good quality, but the sizes run large. i always wear medium, but needed a small.

I'm a Certified Instructor and I Love the shirt. Looked for these shirts in the store and they were much more money and not as nice. Also love the Dr. Lam logo also. Good quality and washes and dries beautifully. I highly recommend them. Also great for advertising Tai Chi for Health as well.
