    At first I thought I wouldn't like the slowness or Tai Chi, however, it gives me a sense of calmness. Also it makes me focus on the movement so that's all I'm thinking of which is Great!

    Started with lessons 1 & 2. Never practiced Tail Chi before. Easy to follow steps, with constant repetitions of previous form and steps. I especially find the instructions easier to follow when Dr. Lam demonstrates each form from the front and back, as I must mirror everything by using opposite hands and feet movements. I will order each new download when I feel comfortable with the one I am learning from. Helps my balance as well as strengthening leg muscles.

    Dr. Lam has a sweet way of teaching. The lessons are slow and repetitive for better learning.

    These lessons are very well thought out and easy to follow.
    Dr. Lam is an excellent teacher and obviously knows what he's doing. I would love to one of his classes in person.
