Many years ago, I used Dr. Lam's video. I stopped when my knees no longer allowed me to do it. I have two new knees and am back to enjoying Tai Chi.

This lesson takes its time to introduce you to the basic moves. Dr. Lam demonstrates and describes the moves but also uses several other people of different ages and body types to show how you can do the movements.
The contrast between Dr. Lam's gentle, Asian-accented descriptions and the hearty Australian-accented announcer will make you laugh.

The program is very well designed. It goes slow and helps you to follow the steps. It motivates and you want to learn more.

I have really liked this product as a non-stressful way to recover some core strength and flexibility all while not being on the floor. It helps me to focus on what hurts and needs more stretching and is slow so no re-injury happens
