I give each student that completes our Tai-Chi for Arthritis 1 program a Tai-Chi For Health wristband. It's a great way to show your appreciation for their efforts and it also advances practice.

I ordered 10 tai chi wristband and gave it to my tai chi classmates. They were surprised and love it! We all wear it all the time. I told them part of the sale goes to tai chi donation. Made them appreciate it more. I will do it again if I have to for newcomers.

I wear my Tai Chi wrist band every day to help remind me to do my Tai Chi daily. It also gives me the opportunity to tell people about Tai Chi when they ask me about my wrist band.

A Great Way to Celebrate Your Tai Chi Journey

I really like these wristbands/bracelets. They are gender neutral and I especially like the new dark green. I buy a bunch at a time and present these to my students as they "graduate" to TCA2. It is an outward sign of their journey and accomplishments. They all wear them proudly and show them to their family and friends which increases awareness of Tai Chi for Health. Their joy and appreciation is priceless!

Some members from our YMCA Tai Chi class started a book club called the "Woodbury Tai Chi Literary Society". I wanted something for our 1st Christmas meeting and these were perfect! Tai Chi is the thread that connects us & how we all met.

I have started giving these wrist bands to my students who complete at least 12 off the 16 classes of the Tai Chi for Arthritis program and return for future classes, it is like an accomplishment gift I give to remind them of their tai chi practice for health, also helps to promote the other TCHI programs by having the website printed on them. The students loved them and all wear them when coming to class, bringing about a deeper connection

Tai chi for health wristband is exactly as pictured. Stretches so fits small to large wrists. Love it!
