Blue classic polo shirt featuring the Tai Chi for Health logo. Available in sizes XS through to XXXL.

Flat knit collar and cuffs
Metal buttons with dyed-to-match plastic rims
Double-needle armhole seams and hem

Care Instructions:
Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Warm iron if necessary.

How to Measure:

With arms down at sides, measure around the upper body, under arms and over the fullest part of the chest.

S: 35-37

M: 38-40

L: 41-43

XL: 44-46

XXL: 47-49

Stylish and comfortable

Wearing this shirt to class is a start for being in the right frame of mind for learning Tai Chi. Having the right type of clothes does help with motivation and inspiration. The fit is perfect and many have asked about where to purchase one. Thank you Dr. Lam for offering a great product.

The polo shirts are good quality, but the sizes run large.
i always wear medium, but needed a small.

I'm a Certified Instructor and I Love the shirt. Looked for these shirts in the store and they were much more money and not as nice. Also love the Dr. Lam logo also. Good quality and washes and dries beautifully. I highly recommend them. Also great for advertising Tai Chi for Health as well.

About 3 weeks ago, as I was walking down the street, somebody asked me if I was Dr. Lam. Surprised, I realized that he had recognized the Polo Shirt and wanted to greet Dr. Lam. Of course he was disappointed that it was only me, but he did appreciate the fact that I was proud to wear the Polo Shirt in public, as a potential recruiting tool. When I told the story to Dr. Lam at a subsequent workshop, he chuckled and suggested that I should have said that he was my brother, as I look Chinese tool!
