I leave the chart up through the length of the entire group of sessions. Gives the students extra time in between class to practice

THE POSTERS ARE A GREAT ADDITION TO CLASS. STUDENTS LIKE THE REINFORCEMENT IF UNSURE OF POSTURE OR JUST TO REVIEW BEFORE/AFTER CLASS.

While it would have been good to have a part 2 handbook, as there is for part 1, it was still very useful -- it's not always convenient to play the DVD to check something about the forms. The photos and descriptions on the wall chart then take the place of a handbook. I would recommend this to anyone learning Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 2.

Very clear depiction of the sequence of the advanced forms. Helpful to instructor as well as students.

Very attractive full color poster suitable for the classroom space. Comes folded which as oa bit disappointing. would have prefered rolled to maintain a smooth appearance. It does make for easier transport.

This chart is a visual reminder of the sequence of movements in Dr. Paul Lam' s Tai Chi for Arthritis
Program. It cues the students and new teachers, too. A most helpful tool.

As a new student to Tai Chi thanks to my health Provider Leon Medical Centers of Kendall, Florida.
I have started the journey to regain mental structure once again.
This cd is very important for those that will become part of the journey of Tai Chi.
